Seth Field is a finance and accounting professional with over a decade of experience helping businesses improve their financial systems, reporting, and strategic decision-making. As the founder of SRF Solutions LLC, based in Rochester, NY, Seth provides customized financial consulting, bookkeeping, and outsourced CFO services to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S.

His career spans industries including real estate, property management, non-profits, professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, and entertainment, including Broadway productions. Seth specializes in helping business owners and executive teams translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

 

Seth earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and later completed his MBA in Accountancy at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. After earning his CPA license, he spent five years in public accounting, building a strong foundation in audit, assurance, and financial reporting.

 

Following his move to Rochester, Seth stepped into private industry leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for a regional property management firm. Through this hands-on experience, he developed a deep understanding of how strong financial stewardship and communication can drive business growth, stakeholder trust, and operational efficiency.

 

Seth is passionate about empowering business owners through clarity, strategy, and practical financial leadership. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide solutions tailored to their specific needs.

 

Outside of his professional life, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and two children—whether they’re swimming in the summer, skiing in the winter, or hosting cookouts with friends and family (dogs included!).
